Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb ground beef; 1 egg; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 2/3 cup breadcrumbs; 2/3 cup bbq sauce; 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce; 1 cup frenchs fried onions; 1 bunch scallions; minced; 1 packages dried onion soup mix; 1 tbsp dehydrated garlic; 1 tbsp smoked paprika; 2 tsp ground celery seed; 1 large pinch of salt and white pepper

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup bbq sauce
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1 cup frenchs fried onions
1 bunch scallions; minced
1 packages dried onion soup mix
1 tbsp dehydrated garlic
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground celery seed
1 large pinch of salt and white pepper

Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with half of the bbq sauce.

Mix thoroughly.

Bake uncovered at 300 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 150.

Remove from oven and cover with foil.

Let thermometer reach at least 155.

Brush with remaining sauce during last five minutes of cooking.
