mix toast and shortning together then put them in a griddle.

combine the mid layer together then put them equally on the toast.

heat the milk and right befor it boil add the semolina and mix well.

stay mixing while its boiling on a mid heat until it become thicker.

add the mixer on the layers in the griddle.

bake it for 20 to 30 minutes

after take it out leave it for minutes then flip it on a tray or plate

for the syrup add the sugar and water to a sause pan and stir it on fire for few minutes.

Then add the juse and mix and take it away and cool it.

add the syrup to the konafa just on top for sweet taste as much as you like
