   Stir frequently, as not to burn.

   Add sour cream.

   Bring to a boil (approximately 1 minute).

   Reduce heat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.

    Cook mixture until thickens, stirring frequently (approximately 1 to 3 minutes).
