Ingredients: 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry; 100 ml Milk; 2 Eggs; 4 Wiener sausages; 1/4 Onion; 1/2 bunch Spinach; 1 Potato; 4 Cherry tomatoes; 20 grams Pizza cheese; 1 Salt and pepper

Prep: Cut the ingredients for the filling into bite-size pieces.

Blanch the spinach and potato (you could use a microwave oven).

Bring the frozen pastry to room temperature.
