Purse Peppers And Spicy Chicken

   Wash peppers. Place peppers in baking dish covered with aluminum foil. Cook for 25 minutes at 230 degrees. Let cool to be able to remove the skin more easily. (See tip)

   Cut into small dice your chicken fillets, sprinkle with your spices.

   Saute your diced chicken 5 minutes in a pan with a little oil, salt and pepper, add to your beaten egg, mix well .

   Add pepper strips to your chicken.

   Overlap your 2 sheets of pastry on top of one another.

   Moisten edges with egg yolk or water; Arrange your preparation for the end of your sheets of pastry and roll.

   Put your purse in the oven for 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
