1 egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup flour in medium bowl.

Use pastry blender or 2 knives to cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
