   Coat the entire pork shoulder with the rub and let come to room temperature.

   Use a pressure cooker, it will save you a ton of time.

   First sear the meat in another heavy bottomed pot, and then transfer to the pressure cooker .

   Add the beer, onion, jalapeno and garlic.

   Turn heat to low and cook the pork shoulder for an hour or until the pork is fork tender.

   Take out of the pressure cooker, let cool and rest for 20 minutes.

   Shred the pork with forks.

   In a sauce pan, heat up your homemade sauce (or store bought) and add the shredded pork.

   Let cook in sauce for 5-10 minutes on low.

    Serve with toasted buns, coleslaw and cilantro.
