1 1/2 lb frozen london broil
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 minced cloves of garlic
1 large onion / sliced
1 28 once can of crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

In pressure cooker pot add oil and tomato paste and mix .
