Prawn Pasta

   Heat salty water in a pot and bring to boil,add pasta and cook until tender and drain.

   Heat oil in a large frying pan,fry onion until soft and add ginger,chili flakes and oreganos'.

   Now add tomato paste, salt, black pepper and cook until thickness.

   Add prawn and cook for 1 minute.

   Add chopped tomato and water.Mix it well enough.

   Place the boiled pasta and mix it with the mixture.

   Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the parsley or coriander leaves.

   Serve hot.
