Scrub potatoes and prick with fork.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 425u00b0 or microwave on High power.

Cut potato in half and scoop out inside, leaving 1/2-inch thickness of potato.

Combine cooking oil, chili powder and hot sauce to taste, if desired.

Brush inside of potatoes with mixture and cut potatoes in half again lengthwise. Space potatoes on baking sheet and sprinkle with bacon, tomato and onion.
