Potato & Cabbage Soup

   1. Combine all ingredients except half-and-half in slow cooker.

   2. Cover. Cook on high for 6 hours.

   3. Remove 2 cups of the 'solids' and 1 cup of 'liquid' from the cooker and puree in blender. Return to cooker.

   4. Stir in half-and-half and cook on low for 20 minutes more.
