Potato, Broccoli, Cheese Soup Recipe

   Place potatoes, onion and broccoli in large pan.

   Fill with water until vegetables are just barely covered.

   Cook on medium heat about 45 min until potatoes are tender.

   Remove from heat and mash vegetables and liquid with potato masher.

   Add in lowfat milk, parsley, salt and pepper.

   Add in cheese and simmer until cheese melts.
