Potato and Italian Sausage Stuffing

   Mix all of the spices together in a small bowl and set aside.

   Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water until almost tender; drain and set aside.

   Depending on the size of your cubes this should take between 10 and 20 minutes; test to make sure they are fork tender before stopping.

   Cook sausage in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes then drain.

   Halve each sausage lengthwise and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.

    Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook potatoes, sausage and onion in butter until sausage is browned and onion is tender.

    Mix in spices and stir to combine.

    Pat the mix into the greased dish and pour the chicken broth over the top.
