Pot Roast with Gravy

   Cook meat in hot oil in nonstick Dutch oven 5 min.

   on each side or until browned on both sides.

   Pour 1 cup water and barbecue sauce over meat; top with onions.

   Bring to boil; cover.

   Simmer on low heat 1 hour.

   Add potatoes and carrots; simmer, covered, 1 hour or until meat and vegetables are tender.

   Transfer meat and vegetables to platter, reserving drippings in pan; cover with foil.

   Let stand 10 min.

   Meanwhile, mix flour and remaining water; stir into reserved drippings.

    Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 3 min.
