Pot Pie Noodles

   Mix the flour and salt in a medium bowl then cut in the butter or margarine until the mixture resembles coarse meal.

   Make a well in the center of the mixture and add the water and egg.

   Mix with a fork until well combined (dough will be stiff)

   Roll out dough into a thin sheet and cut into 1 to 2 inch squares.

   Add the noodles to boiling broth after vegetables have been added (see pot pie recipe) and cook until done 3 or more minutes depending on how thick noodles are. Serve
