Pork Tonkatsu (Fried Breaded Pork) Recipe

   fillets till thin.

   Marinate for 1/2 hour in a mix of soy sauce, sake, garlic and pepper.

   Mix the beaten egg and green onion and dip each pork slice into the mix.

   Place the crumbs into the pork.

   Place on trays covered with wax paper and refrigeratefor 1 hour.
