pork shops in creamy white wine sauce

   do a marinate with all the ingredients

   let the pork shops in the marinate a minimum of 2hours (if you van let them over night will be perfect )

   after marinate place in a large pan and cover with the marinate

   cook in medium heat for 15minutes turn them and cook them on the other side 15more minutes

   take the pork chops to a plate and add the flour dissolved in the milk to the sauce stir until the sauce start to look creamy

   add the pork chops again cover and cook 5more minutes
