Pork & Sauerkraut Recipe

   Step 1: Place half of sauerkraut in the bottom of roasting pan.

   Add in pork loin.

   Put remaining sauerkraut over pork.

   Pour tomatoes over sauerkraut.

   Step 2: Add in celery, carrots, onion, apple, around edge of roasting pan, sprinkle brown sugar over tomatoes and sauerkraut.

   Add in remaining seasonings.

   Step 3: Cook, covered in 325 degree oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is done.

   Baste with juice frequently.
