Pork Chops with Honey Apple Topping

   Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add chops; cook 1 to 2 min.

   Reduce heat to medium; cook chops 6 min.

   Transfer chops to platter, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.

   Add onions and apples to skillet; cook on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min.

   Stir in mustard and apple juice; cook and stir until heated through.
