Pork Chops Premier

   COMBINE water, rice and ginger in a saucepan; bring to a boil; stir in apricots, raisins, nuts and parsley.

   Cover and remove from heat.

   Let stand 5 min.

   STIR Miracle Whip into rice-fruit mixture.

   Set aside.

   STACK chops on top of one another; insert large metal skewers into 3 corners of chops to hold together.

   Turn T-bone side down; carefully place stuffing between chops.

   TIE securely with string; moisten chops slightly with water.

   Pat on coating mix; place on large baking sheet.

    BAKE at 375F (190C) for 1- 1/2 hours or until done.
