4 thick pork chops
2 Tbsp. oil
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. paprika
salt
pepper
onion cut in rings
1 c. sour cream
cooked rice

Brown chops in oil. Mix bouillon cubes in 1 cup hot water. Mix bouillon broth, mushrooms, mustard, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.

Separate onion into rings.
