Pork Chops in Applesauce

   In a small bowl, combine the mustard, pepper, salt, and 2 tsp syrup.

   Brush over both sides of the pork chops.

   Brown pork in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.

   Add apple sauce.

   Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is tender.

   Remove chops and keep warm.

   In a small frying pan, add pecans, remaining syrup, and apple brandy.

   Cook on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

   Pour sauce over pork and serve immediately.
