chop potatoes up and stick in boiling water to cook till fork tender on like 8

put a frying pan on stove at med.

pour oil to lightly coat bottom of pan

when pan is hot put in pork chops cook on this side till it has seared then flip

when potatoes are fork tender drain and add milk, salt and pepper, dill, butter

mash potatoes till disired consistency

turn pork chop pan down till 1-2 add sliced mushrooms (mushroom opt)

make gravey according to packet then add to pork chop pan

when pork chops are fully cooked serve on a plate then put a scoop of potatoes on the plate tgen spoon part of extra grabey over potatoes and pprk chops on each plate
