Poor Man'S Steak

   Crumble crackers in bowl.

   Pour water over crackers.

   Set aside for 1/2 hour.

   Then mix hamburger with onion.

   Add the crackers and mix together with hands.

   Pat into 13 x 9 inch pan. Cover and let set until next day.

   Then cut into squares.

   Flour them individually and brown in oil in skillet.

   When brown, remove to a large pan or casserole dish and spoon a can of mushroom soup over all the meat.

    Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 minutes.
