2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 (16 ounce) can peaches, sliced, well drained
Topping
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup coconut
1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter

Bake at 375F for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
