Okay you can basically add to this what ever you want, I used the stuff I normally like to add on top of my pizza.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. If you don't have a store bought dough, you can make your own, by first sifting the flour in a bowl. Add some salt and the olive oil. Now you have to work with your finger tips here, to create a crumbly feel. Next you have to add some water and shape the dough in the form of a ball. Cover with a table cloth and leave for 30min.

Meanwhile, cut the potato into very thin cubes and wash off with some water. Cut and add the other ingredients to the potato (or the pizza ingredients that you like) and mix well.

All you have to do next, is spray some cooking spray to a round dish. Cut the dough in half and roll it open with a rolling pin. Add the ingredients to the dish and cover up with the other half of the dough.

Make tiny holes to the top of the pie to allow air in while cooking. Egg wash and put in oven for about 40min or until you see it get red.
