Pizza Franks Recipe

   Heat butter in small saucepan over medium heat.

   Add in onion, green pepper, and oregano.

   Cook and stir till just tender, about 3 min.

   Heat oven to 350 degrees.

   Make a lengthwise slit in each frank, being careful not to cut through underside.

   Spread about 1 tsp.

   pizza sauce in each frank opening.

   Stuff with part of the cheese.

   Add in vegetable mix, dividing proportionately between franks.

    Place in 11 x 7 inch baking dish and sprinkle franks with remaining cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 min.

    Serve in buns or possibly cut each frank into 5 pcs and serve as snack.
