Pizza Flavored Batter Bread Recipe

   In large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 c. of the flour with yeast, sugar and salt.

   Mix well.

   In saucepan, heat lowfat milk, water and butter till hot (120-130 degrees; butter does not need to heat).

   Add in liquid mix to flour mix.

   Add in egg.

   Blend at low speed till moistened.

   Beat 3 min at medium speed.

   Stir in remaining flour by hand to make a stiff batter.

   Prepare filling: Combine all filling ingredients and mix well.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds in well greased 12 c. bundt pan.

    Spread half of batter in pan.

    Spoon filling over batter.

    (This will be stiff.

    Spread remaining batter over filling.

    (Batter will cover better as it rises.)

    Cover pan loosely.

    Let rise in hot place till double or possibly about 1 hour.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min till golden.

    Invert onto serving plate.
