Ingredients: 1 pizza dough, cut in 2 (use a high quality pizza dough); ½ cup sliced zucchini; 10 kalamata olives, pitted and diced; ¼ cup chopped turkey pastrami; 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (sometimes I toss in some Fontina); 5 tablespoons of your favorite tomato sauce; 2 -4 dashes italian seasoning; 1 tablespoon crushed garlic; 2 whole tomatoes, salted and water drained off (this is the second recipe); ½ cup chicken breast, chopped into pieces (this is great if you have leftovers); 10 black olives, pitted and chopped up; 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese; 14 purple onion, sliced; 8 large mushrooms, sliced; 2 -4 dashes italian seasoning; 1 tablespoon crushed garlic; 2 tablespoons butter (this is for top crust); 1 tablespoon italian seasoning; 1 dash red pepper flakes; 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Servings: persons

Cut your pizza dough in half.

Stretch one half on your pizza stone (I use the one from Pampered Chef--it's the best).

Place sauce, cheese and toppings add more cheese on top of toppings.

Stretch 2nd half of dough over pie.

Crimp edges to form closer.

If i use mushrooms or onions I saute first with garlic in olive oil or butter.

Melt 2 TBS butter (you can also use olive oil) brush on top crust with some Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper and or some Parmesan cheese.

Bake 500 degrees 15 to 20 minutes depending on oven and desired crispiness.

Let stand 10 minutes from oven.
