Pizza Balls

   In mixing bowl, combine meat, egg, crackers and seasonings, mixing well with clean hands.

   When thoroughly mixed, shape into balls using about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mixture for each.

   Place a cheese square in center of each (be sure meat mixture covers cheese).

   Next put pizza balls into casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350u00b0.

   Remove from oven and drain all oil.

   Add pizza sauce over top and return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.

   Serve hot.
