1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. egg substitute
1 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. allspice

1 c. raisins

Cream together sugar and butter.

Spoon mixture into well-greased 10-inch tube pan (or 2 loaf pans).
