2 cup flour
4 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp dried parsley

2 tbsp minced thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp ground sage
1 bottle pinot noir
64 oz beef stock
1 bunch celery; medium dice
1 bunch carrots; medium dice
2 yellow onion; large dice
2 lb red or Idaho potatoes; medium dice
8 clove garlic; minced
1 salt and pepper
1/4 cup cold water
2 tbsp cornstarch

Marinate beef in 1/2 bottle of the wine for 4-48 hours

Pat beef dry.
