Pink Grapefruit Cream Glasses

   Finely grate the zest of 1 grapefruit, be careful not to pierce the bitter white skin.

   Peel the grapefruit, detach and peel or supreme the segments. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with brown sugar.

   Whisk the sour cream in a bowl until it thickens while remaining soft.

   Add yogurt, honey, spices, grapefruit zest, and remaining sugar.

   Whisk until mixture is smooth.

   Choose pretty containers, and fill them alternating layers of cream and grapefruit quarters.

   Garnish with a few chia seeds.
