Pineapple Upside Down Cake

   Drain pineapple rings, reserve juice.

   Melt butter, combine with brown sugar.

   Spray sides of spring from pan with cooking spray.

   Line spring form pan with parchment, press brown sugar mixture into bottom of pan.

   Arrange pineapple slices in bottom of pan.

   Prepare cake mix as directed, using reserved pineapple juice and adding enough water to fulfill instructions. Pour batter over pineapple.

   Bake at 350 F, 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and cake tests done.

   Cool 5 minutes, loosen edges and invert onto serving platter.
