Accent; 1/2 c. chicken broth; 3 Tbsp. brown sugar; 1/2 c. pineapple syrup; 1 c. pineapple chunks, drained; 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch squares; 1/4 c. onion, cubed in 1/2-inch squares; 1 c. flour; 1 tsp. salt; 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce; 1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup; 6 Tbsp. vinegar

3/4 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch squares
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. pineapple syrup
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch squares
1/4 c. onion, cubed in 1/2-inch squares
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
6 Tbsp. vinegar

Dip pork in beaten egg.

Combine flour, Accent and salt in bag.

Add pork and shake.

In large skillet, heat enough oil to fry the pork.

Fry pork for 6 to 8 minutes or until well browned. Remove and drain.

In skillet, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple syrup, catsup and vinegar and bring to boil.

Mix cornstarch (4 teaspoons) with 4 teaspoons cold water.

Stir into sauce, cooking until it thickens.

Add pork, pineapple, onions and bell pepper.

Cook, stirring rapidly, for about 4 minutes.

Serve with hot rice.
