Dole raisins; 1 c. Dole natural almonds, toasted, minced

1 (20 ounce.) can Dole crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter
1 egg
3 c. rolled oats (quick or possibly old-fashioned)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
1 c. Dole raisins
1 c. Dole natural almonds, toasted, minced

Drain pineapple well, reserve 1/2 c. syrup.

Cream sugar and butter till light and fluffy.

Beat in egg, pineapple and reserved 1/2 c. syrup.

Combine remaining ingredients; blend into pineapple mix.

Drop by 2 heaping tablespoonsful onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 min till golden brown.
