Ingredients: 1 c. graham cracker crumbs; 1/4 c. softened butter or margarine; 1/4 c. sugar; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 3 large eggs, separated; 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind; 1/4 c. sugar; 3 Tbsp. cornstarch; 2 (8 3/4 oz. each) cans crushed pineapple; 3/4 c. sugar; 1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)

Blend graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.

Press firmly on bottom and sides of an 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan.

Bake 8 minutes and cool.

Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup sugar; stir in pineapple with juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring briskly, until thickened and clear.

Cool; stir in lemon juice.

Spread pineapple mixture evenly over bottom of crumb crust.
