Pineapple Bacon Guacamole

   Chop bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan. Meanwhile chop the avocados into tiny bits and mash into a large bowl.

   Chop pineapple into small pieces (whatever size you want to be scooping out) and add to avocados in bowl. Squeeze lime juice in a well and mix.

   Once bacon in lightly crisped turn it off the heat and remove the fat one way or another. Then add to bowl as well and mix. Salt and pepper to taste and serve. Can also add other spices, jalapenos, onions, and other ingredients to modify flavoring, as well as crumble things on top, such as feta.
