1/2 c. cool water
3 egg yolks
2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
10 marshmallows, quartered
1/2 c. walnuts, minced
1 Angel Food cake, baked

Beat 3 egg yolks till thick.

Ad 2 c. lowfat milk and 1 c. sugar and beat thoroughly.
