Pimientos De Padron (Small Green Peppers() - Stuffed Peppers

   Season the meat with salt, pepper and little mustard seeds.

   Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and fill them with meat. Sprinkle them lightly with oil and put them on parchment-lined baking tray. Cook them in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 10-15 minutes (depending on how big they are). After taking them out of the oven, add some feta cheese crumbles on top and serve immediately.
