Pickled Eggs

   Make as many eggs as you want to pickle, hard boiled to your personal preference. Remove the shells.

   Follow the pickling juice recipe ratios, increasing amounts proportionately as needed, to make enough liquid to completely cover the number of shelled, hard boiled eggs you want to prepare in a jar. Store the pickled eggs in the refrigerator.

   The eggs will be ready to eat in 2 or 3 days.
