Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Brush one sheet of phyllo with clarified butter. Place another sheet directly on the top of the first. Place one block of feta into the centre of the phyllo. Sprinkle 1/4 of the chopped green onions and 1 sprig of dill on top of the feta block. Start with folding one of the long sides of the phyllo up and over the block of feta. Then fold one of the shorter sides of the phyllo over the feta. Bring the other shorter side and the other longer side up and twist together to create a loose rosette on the top of the feta block. Brush package with olive oil. Repeat process for other 3 blocks of feta. Place on a baking sheet and
