Philadelphia Creme Caramel

   Combine golden syrup and lemon juice and pour 1 tablespoon of mixture into the base of 6 x 1/2 cup lightly buttered ramekins.

   Combine eggs, Philly* and sugar and beat until smooth.

   Blend the cream with the cornflour and add to cream cheese mixture.

   Place ramekins in a baking dish half filled with hot water to bake at 160C for 40 minutes or until set.

   Allow to chill and invert onto serving plate.
