   preheat oven to 400F

   mix all sauces in bowl by its self

   pour the shake n bake in separate bowl

   dip chicken in sauce you can marinate how ever long you want then dip the chicken in the shake n bake.

   put chicken on pan with foil

   bake for 45 minutes depending on thickness of chicken

   add cheese in the last 5 minutes of cooking
