Finely chop the celery leaves.

Add all of the ingredients to a bread maker or kneader and let it knead for 20 minutes.

Add the cheese about 5 minutes before the dough is due to finish kneading.

Once it has finished, leave it to prove for 40 minutes.

When proved, divide the dough into 12 equal portions of about 40 g each, roll them into balls, and leave to rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, re-shape the dough into balls and leave them to prove for a further 30-40 minutes.

Once proved for the second time, score grooves in the tops.

Spread a little mayonnaise and sprinkle black pepper on the the tops and bake the rolls at 180C for 15 minutes.
