1 cup packed basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup pine nuts
⅓ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 lb rotini pasta
⅓ cup roasted red pepper, strips chopped
⅓ cup sliced black olives
⅓ cup red onion, chopped
2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
14-½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
