Pesto Bites with Bagel Chips

   Beat Philly* and pesto with an electric mixer until smooth.

   Fold through tomatoes.

   Place mixture onto baking paper and form into a 40cm long sausage and coat in pine nuts.

   Chill for 1 hour or until firm.

   Slice into 2cm circles.

   Place Philly* bites onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.

   Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until nuts are golden brown.

   Place individual bites on the bagel chips or water crackers, garnish with spring onion and serve.
