Perfect Potato Packets

   Peel and wash your potatoes and then slice thin.

   Lay out a couple of pieces of aluminum foil about 7 to 8 inches in length.

   Divide your sliced potatoes between the two sheets of foil.

   Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and parmesan cheese.

   Bring long edges of foil together on each packet and fold down two or three times to seal and then fold each of the ends up tight.

   Kinda of shake your packets to distribute your potatoes evenly and place on a medium high grill for about 10 to 15 minutes.

   Flip packets over for about 5 more minutes and then Voila!
