Perfect Pastry

   In a large bowl, mix salt with flour.

   Cut in shortening to make a crumbly mixture.

   Blend flour and milk together.

   Turn dough into floured bowl.

   Divide into 3 parts.

   Place in pie pans. Prick with fork before baking.

   Bake in 450 degree oven until golden brown (15 or 20 minutes.)
