Perfect Flank Steak Marinade

   Place flank steak in a gallon size zip bag.

   Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over steak.

   Squish it all around so the steak is well covered by marinade.

   Let it sit in the refrigerator 4-6 hours.

   Bring it to room temperature, discard marinade and scrape off any onion, ginger or garlic that may be clinging to it (these will burn on the grill).

   Grill to desired doneness and let rest a few minutes.

   Slice thinly against the grain and serve!
